Our signature mat class, targeting the glutes and abs this class aims to tone and sculpt every muscle. Living up to its name you will hear the word Pulse on repeat. Get ready to embrace the burn and get sweaty. Suitable for all fitness levels and capabilities.

power pilates

We have mixed the burn of pilates with a spicy cardio flair to create Power Pilates. A circuit pilates class with loud music and high energy. Power Pilates incorporates strength, stability and hints of cardio. Training shoes are worn in this class.
Power Pilates is suitable for all fitness levels and capabilities.
